At Nadi Marketing, we believe in the power of collaboration and community-building, especially when it comes to supporting women entrepreneurs. For Women’s Month 2025, we launched “The Women-Owned Business Vault,” a collaborative resource hub featuring 20 free business resources designed by women-owned businesses for entrepreneurs and business owners.
This case study highlights how we brought together 16 women entrepreneurs to create a valuable collective offering that not only provided free resources to the community but also helped each of our partners grow their audience, gain new leads, and foster meaningful connections.
The Service
For this community-focused project, Nadi Marketing took full ownership of the campaign from idea to completion. Our comprehensive service included:

Strategy
Our strategy for The Women-Owned Business Vault focused on leveraging collective marketing power while providing streamlined support for all participants:
1. Curated Participation: We carefully selected 16 women-owned businesses representing diverse expertise across branding, marketing, business strategy, leadership, and networking to participate in this campaign.
2. Centralized Resource Hub: We created a dedicated landing page that showcased all resources in an organized, user-friendly format.
3. Collaborative Promotion: We equipped all participants with pre-written email templates, social media posts, and other promotional materials to amplify the campaign across multiple networks.
4. Limited-Time Access: Our campaign was focused during Women’s Month in March, and we encouraged all partners to drive traffic consistently throughout the month-long campaign.
5. Transparent Analytics: Throughout the campaign, we provided real-time analytics to all partners, fostering engagement and sending friendly reminders for partners to post.
Results
The Women-Owned Business Vault campaign exceeded expectations, outperforming the previous year’s metrics:
- 577 total sessions to the vault landing page
- 216 unique visitors exploring the resources
- 297 resource downloads across all lead magnets
- 2:18 minutes average time spent on page (significantly higher than the industry average of 52-54 seconds according to Agency Analytics)
- 49% scroll depth showing strong engagement with the content
- 61.1% drop-off rate, indicating a healthy retention of visitors going to lead magnets
- Significant lead generation for participants (varying by partner based on downloads)
- New qualified email subscribers for all participating businesses
- Meaningful connections between women entrepreneurs leading to potential future collaborations
