For this case study, we worked with Lisa to support two key objectives: creating a comprehensive strategy for the 10th Anniversary of her training program and improving sponsorship outreach for her How We Can Heal Podcast. Our goal was to streamline her approach to attracting sponsors, create a strategic framework for her anniversary campaign, and set her up for success with an improved sponsorship process.

1. 10th Anniversary & Cohort for the Training Program Campaign
Our first goal was to craft a clear and actionable strategy for Lisa’s 10th Anniversary & Cohort for the Training Program Campaign. The focus was on increasing program enrollment and creating strong partnerships that could amplify her efforts.
2. Improving Sponsorship for the Podcast
With How We Can Heal Podcast gaining momentum, Lisa wanted to attract more sponsors. The strategy involved developing a sponsorship kit, drafting email templates for outreach, and organizing her sponsorship process to make it scalable and more effective.

The strategy we implemented for Lisa focused on developing high-level frameworks and setting up systems that would support sustainable growth for her anniversary campaign and podcast sponsorship outreach.
For the 10th Anniversary Campaign: We crafted a partnership strategy for the campaign that focused on creating a roadmap to secure valuable collaborations. Key components of this strategy included:
- Defining the campaign’s objectives and KPIs: webinar registrations, program enrollments, and sales.
- Identifying the target audience—mental health and wellness professionals.
- Developing a clear action plan for outreach to past students, wellness communities, and podcast guests, ensuring they were equipped to support the campaign.
For Podcast Sponsorships: We focused on creating all the assets and communication materials needed to build a seamless sponsor journey for Lisa’s podcast. Our strategy included:
- Designing a comprehensive sponsorship kit, which included a sponsorship outline, professionally designed pitch deck, email templates, and a sponsorship inquiry form to simplify sponsor sign-ups.
- Developing an effective outreach plan that provided potential sponsors with clear expectations, making the process efficient and easily scalable.
- Creating systems for tracking outreach and sponsorship progress, ensuring Lisa could follow up and monitor results with ease.
Results
During the project, we delivered the following key assets and results:
- Sponsorship Kit: A comprehensive sponsorship kit was created, which included a detailed sponsorship outline with sponsorship tiers, a professionally designed sponsorship deck, and email templates. The sponsorship inquiry form was also included in this kit, making it easier for Lisa to manage potential sponsor sign-ups and inquiries.
- Sponsorship CRM Tracker & Kickoff Outreach: We set up a CRM tracker to streamline the sponsorship outreach process. This tracker allowed Lisa to monitor and track communication with potential sponsors. In addition, we researched and initiated outreach to 10 potential sponsors from Lisa’s wishlist.
- 10th Anniversary Campaign Project Brief: We developed a detailed project brief for Lisa’s 10th Anniversary & Cohort for the Training Program Campaign. This brief outlined the campaign’s purpose, target audience, KPIs, and action plan, providing Lisa with a clear roadmap to follow for achieving her campaign goals.
